Sound is the unifying web of our human experience! Becoming aware of the sounds which we produce, we will find the underlying magic that encompasses our own unique expressions. In this workshop, we will become familiar with sacred vowels as well as seed sounds, also known as bijas.

Everyday we exchange sounds with each other and our Selfs, both being positive as well as negative. These sounds resonate within our body and evidently need to be expressed, otherwise, we hold this trapped energetic expression, only to be re lived repetitively until it is released.

By using our voice to project these sacred sounds, we will begin to release the unexpressed energy that has remained trapped within our body.

These sacred syllables are the innerstanding of our chakras and by gaining the knowledge of self assessing and self balancing, you will be equipped to bring balance to your meditation practice as well as anywhere you travel!

We will be introduced to various meditation techniques as well as be encouraged to experiment with your own personal practice. Please bring a mat or a seat cushion; comfortable clothing reccomended.

A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body’s natural healing systems.

Kyle will create a chamber of healing vibrations that revitalize the mind, body, and spirit and leave you feeling amazing. Sound Healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Let the cosmic vibrations wash away stress and all that no longer serves you.

We will use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Gong meditations, a type of Sound Therapy, have been around for thousands of years as a way of healing. It is said that this particular therapy aids in stress reduction, breaking up emotional blockages within each person that practices this technique.
The Gong produces a strong sound wave, almost tangible to the touch, which stimulates the physical body by influencing the surface of the skin and every cell.
It is believed that the first Gong was made over 4000 years ago.Although Gong meditation could be thought as merely just another fad activity, it really is not. Gongs have been used as shamanic tools and celebratory instruments for thousands of years, and are truly part of the tradition that is sound healing, which uses techniques such as chanting, drums, and Tibetan bowls to name few.
The benefits one can get from being exposed to the tones of the gongs are numerous, yet vary considerably. Most of the people have been noticing a major improvement in the quality of their sleep, a better ability to cope with stress, and a sense of familiarity with stillness and contentment.
