I’m very thankful to have found your yoga studio. For a while, I had been unhappy with
myself, but wasn’t aware of it. To be more specific, I lacked a lot of confidence in myself. To some, yoga may be exercise. For others, it may be a release. For others still, it is a lifestyle. Through the months that I’ve come to your classes, I have learned how to trust myself. Through simple, and not so simple, poses I’ve become more self-aware and self-accepting. Not only have I built physical strength, but I’m building mental strength. I am becoming more sure of myself and letting go of many insecurities and fears.
So, thank you for patiently guiding me through this process.
