GETTING STARTED

*Just arrive a few minutes prior to any class start time (ages 16 and up) .


*You never need to make an  call ahead or appointment.

 

*On your first visit you will fill out a short registration form which takes about 2 minutes.


*Wear something that is non constrictive. We do practice

barefooted, be prepared to remove your shoes upon entering.


*We recommend no large meals about a hour prior to class just so you are not practicing on a full stomach.


*We are also no cell phone zone. We ask that the cell phone be left in your car or  if you bring in its turned off in your bag


*Please enter quietly as a courtesy to others.
