What class Should I Attend?

Greenleaf Yoga classes focuses  on maximizing your Yoga practice to get as much benefit and progressing as possible within the alignments of your body. We encourage you to listen to your body and explore your yoga practice. It has been my experience we come to Yoga with one of two things STRENGTH or FLEXIBILITY with a regular Yoga Practice you will gain in the area that you need. Balancing out STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY and over all body awareness. 

What Should I Bring To Class?

Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. You will be practicing Yoga in bare feet. We provide any and all yoga props. We do recommend for hygienic reasons you bring your own Yoga Mat. 

Class Packages VS Monthly Unlimited

“Monthly Unlimited” is your best option, If you make the commitment to yourself to attend a Yoga Practice of 3 or more times a week.
*Please note “monthly unlimited” run from the date of purchase to the same date the following month. examples 07.05.08 will run until 08.05.08.
“Class Packages” are your best options, If you commit to practicing Yoga less then 3 times a week. You are welcome to share your class packages as long as you are in attendance with your guest.

Yoga Class Etiquette

As a courtesy to yourself and others please leave cell phones in your car. Remove shoes upon entering studio.
