I’ve been told to do yoga by my doctors since I was in high school, but I never thought I would be able to do it. A year and a half ago I herniated a disc in my lower back; this injury made me get serious about getting into shape and being more active. So when I heard about Greenleaf Yoga Studio I jumped at the chance to give it a shot. I’ve been enrolled in the Yoga Bootcamp class for 6 weeks and have seen amazing improvements in my flexibility, energy level and paid levels. My lower back has been pain free since I joined, and I amaze myself every class when I’m able to do stretches or poses that require my lower back to be bent or stretched. Frank is a great teacher and has been a great inspiration to me and those who attend his classes. I plan on continuing to do Yoga Bootcamp and then move on to a very specific type of Yoga.
