This class will dive deep into all asana allowing you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relaxed steady mind. Hatha Yoga class emphasizing long deep stretching, proper alignment, mindfulness and breath work. Leaving body and mind refreshed rejuvenated and replenished

Vinyasa Yoga

A system of Yoga practicing which links movement, breath and builds strength, flexibility, concentration, endurance and stamina.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the YOGA of AWARENESS and ENERGY. Class encompasses all aspect of YOGA Mudra, Manta, Meditation, Pranayama Bandhas as well as asana.

Restorative Yoga
Perfect for individuals with Limited Mobility. The body will be supported by bolster, block, and strap allowing full benefit of each and every yoga posture.
