Class Descriptions

Ashtanga Yoga 

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—

a process producing intense internal heat and a

profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Gentle E Z Hatha Yoga 

A slow gentle moving Hatha Yoga class

emphasizing long deep stretching, proper

alignment, mindfulness and breath work? Class

will begin and finish with a moment of guided

mediation. Leaving body and mind refreshed

rejuvenated and replenished.

Hatha Yoga 

This class will dive deep into all asana with a

non-aggressive approach and moderate pace

which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind.

Kundalini Yoga 

Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the Kundalini, the energy of awareness. The class will explore
ancient kriyas, or specially formulated sets of exercises which were brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1969.

Each kriya, or yoga set is designed to target
specific issues, allowing practitioners to focus on exactly those aspects of their physical, mental or emotional state that need work.

Restorative Yoga 

Perfect for individuals with Limited Mobility. The body will be supported by bolster, block, and strap allowing full benefit of each and every yoga posture.

While building strength, flexibility and leaving the body refreshed, rejuvenated and replenished.

Vinyasa Yoga 

A dynamic and vigorous system of practicing asana which links breath and movement through
a heat building sequence.

Sequencing is built around sun salutations. This dynamic style builds strength, flexibility, concentration,

endurance and stamina.

Yoga PLUS+ 

Yoga is for every BODY type. This class is designed for plus size Women and Men and individuals with limited mobility or physical limitations.

Yoga Teacher Paviter Singh will guide the yoga

practitioner carefully through the Yoga Postures and to a greater sense of self, empowerment and peacefulness meditation.

All Core Based Yoga Postures Designed To Strengthen

And Tone The Mid Section

 

Sadhana 

Sadhana means a daily spiritual practice. A self-discipline that allows one to express the infinite within. Sadhana will begin at 4:15Am with Japji followed by a Kundalini Kriya. Then Chanting Meditation of set Mantras followed by Silent Mediation and Reflection.
