Vinyasa Yoga

A system of Yoga practicing which links movement, breath and builds strength, flexibility, concentration, endurance and stamina.

Restorative Yoga
Perfect for individuals with Limited Mobility. The body will be supported by bolster, block, and strap allowing full benefit of each and every yoga posture.
While building strength, flexibility and leaving the body refreshed, rejuvenated and replenished.

YOGA CORE

All core based movements to strength mid section.

EZ Gentle Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga a slow moving  class emphasizing long deep stretching, proper alignment, and breath.
*Level 2

Recommend for the intermediate to advanced student.

Deeper asanas. Arm Balances and Inversions.
