Restorative Yoga
Perfect for individuals with Limited Mobility. The body will be supported by bolster, block, and strap allowing full benefit of each and every yoga posture.
While building flexibility and leaving the body refreshed, rejuvenated and replenished.
 EZ Gentle Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga a slow moving  class emphasizing long deep stretching, proper alignment, and breath.
Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga where postures or asanas are held for a longer period of time.  It works with the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
