Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga a slower moving  class emphasizing long deep stretching, proper alignment, and breath. Leaving body and mind refreshed rejuvenated and replenished
Vinyasa Yoga
A system of Yoga practicing which links movement, breath and builds strength, flexibility, concentration, endurance and stamina.
Restorative Yoga
Perfect for individuals with Limited Mobility. The body will be supported by bolster, block, and strap allowing full benefit of each and every yoga posture.
While building flexibility and leaving the body refreshed, rejuvenated and replenished.

improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga where postures or asanas are held for a longer period of time.  It works with the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

 Kundalini Yoga is the YOGA of AWARENESS and ENERGY. Class encompasses all aspect of YOGA Mudra, Manta, Meditation, Pranayama Bandhas as well as asana.
